MyHOSTpitality complies with the guidelines of the Data Protection Law 15/1999 of 13th December, for the Protection of Personal Data, and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, approving the Regulation for the development of the Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations at all times, and ensures a correct use and handling of the personal data of the user.

MyHOSTpitality, in conformity with the established Law for the Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of 13th December and further developments or amendments to it, ensures the security and confidentiality of data provided by the Web users. And so, in compliance with all aspects established in the Law 15/1999 of 13th December for the Protection of Personal Data and its developing regulations, the users are hereby informed and accept that their information be incorporated into MyHOSTpitality’s automated files, used for the purposes of sending out notices and actions included within MyHOSTpitality’s aims, which is to create an online community for the organisation of linguistic and cultural stays and exchanges directly between its members.

As per this same law, we hereby inform you that the use of our web page requires you to provide certain information of a personal character, detailed below, for the management and maintenance of our services through registration forms or via email and that these are processed and incorporated into MyHOSTpitality’s files, for which the owner of the company is responsible. Sending these personal details constitutes the express consent to process them, even though this consent may be withdrawn at any time with no retroactive effects.

In compliance with current legislation in terms of data protection, provided in Royal Legislative Decree 1720/2007, we inform the users of MyHOSTpitality that we have adopted technical and organizational measures within the guidelines of said regulations. The personal data that is collected on the forms is processed solely by the MyHOSTpitality’s staff or the data processors outlined here. The appropriate levels of security for the data given have been adopted, and we have also installed all the technical means and measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration of, unauthorized access to and theft of the data provided.

The privacy policy of MyHOSTpitality allows you in any case to exercise your right to access, rectify, oppose and cancel this data in the terms specified by the current legislation. The client or user declares that all the information he or she provides is true and correct and undertakes to keep it updated, informing MyHOSTpitality of any changes to this data. The client is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data and is alone responsible for any and all disputes and litigation that could arise as a result of false information. It’s important that, for MyHOSTpitality to be able to keep personal information up-to-date, the clients always inform us of any changes to said data as otherwise MyHOSTpitality can not assume any responsibility for the veracity of such.

MyHOSTpitality makes a series of online mechanisms available to the clients for the collection and processing of their personal detail with the intended use set out in the “Files” section:

• The personal data provided online or by telephone is obtained and processed by the internal workforce of the company. The personal information collected online either by email, from the contact forms on this website or online bookings are processed through the email services managed by Cyberneticos Hosting SL, CIF B91647842 located at Calle Varadero 3 PL 1 Parque Industrial "El Palmar" El Puerto de Santa María, 11500 Cádiz. They will be considered the Data Coordinators (article 3.g of the Data Protection Law). The servers are located on Spanish territory and the company that manages them complies with the security demanded for the handling of personal information by the Data Protection Law.
• As set out in the Law of Information Society Services and Electric Commerce, MyHOSTpitality undertakes to not forward commercial communications without identifying them as such. To this effect, neither the information sent to clients to maintain the contractual relationship nor information offering exchanges or stays to other members of the community whose purpose it is to help the clients make the most of using the contracted service is considered commercial communication.
• In any case, only the necessary details to perform the contracted service, or to be able to adequately respond to the request for information made by the user is asked for.
• On occasion, personal information will be provided through links to third party web sites. In these cases, at no time does MyHOSTpitality have access to the personal information that the client provides to these aforementioned third parties.
• The server which hosts this website uses cookies, which are stored in the visitor’s computer. Cookies are small files which contain certain information about the visit to the website, such as the date and time that the visit takes place, as well as information about the different sections visited. If the user desires, he or she can configure their web browser to warn them if it is going to receive a cookie or to avoid receiving them altogether, which will not prevent them accessing the website. The collection of personal data from web navigation (cookies) is explained in the “Cookies Policy” Section.

By engaging our services, you accept that some or all of them may be subcontracted to other people or businesses who or which will be considered the Data Coordinators (article 3.g of the Data Protection Law). We have signed the corresponding confidentiality contracts, or adhered to their privacy policies established on their respective web pages. If you wish, you can refuse to give your information out to these other businesses, by written request to either of the aforementioned addresses.

MyHOSTpitality does not give out your details to any third party, except in those cases that are legally provided for, or those cases that demand the provision of the employed services, and always in agreement with the general conditions approved by the users.
